Microgreens and Berries Wellness Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with nutrient dense microgreens, including, broccoli microgreens, which provide cancer fighting sulforaphane, dandelion microgreens, which are great for digestive and liver health, and salad mix microgreens, a blend of highly nutritious microgreens that help with inflammation and provide numerous other health benefits. Berries  provide antioxidants and chia seeds provide omega 3 fatty acids. This smoothie is fairly thick—add more milk or a splash of water as needed.  Enjoy! 

Servings 2:

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1/2 cup salad mix microgreens (cabbage, kohlrabi, arugula, kale, broccoli)

1/4 cup dandelion microgreens

1/2 cup broccoli microgreens

1 cup milk of your choice or water

1/2 cup kefir or plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons chia seeds
