BG AZ utilizes water from the Coconino Aquifer tested by Inter AG Services providing the microgreens with additional minerals and nutrients each time they are watered. Growing indoors with a climate controlled environment ensures the health and well being of the microgreens providing the highest quality organically grown microgreens.

Who We Are
BG AZ was started by Barry Shiffer after researching methods to increase nutrition naturally and assist the body to heal itself naturopathically. Two years ago, Barry's wife Jennifer was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. In addition to traditional chemotherapy cancer treatments, natural remedies and nutrition are being utilized to provide optimal nutrition aiding her body's recovery from chemotherapy and giving her body increased nutrition to fight the cancer naturally along with traditional treatments. So far recent results have been promising with Jennifer's tumors either shrinking or not growing and no additional spread of the cancer in other parts of her body. BG AZ has been on a quest to provide the local community with highly nutritious microgreens, organically grown for optimal health benefits. We believe in fostering well-being through our products, ensuring that every bite contributes to a healthier you.
